AirBump Video Encoder
This project was started because I got tired of searching Win based apps that are able to convert simple video to avi or mpeg. Basically what this is, is a frontend for mencoder application witch is really fantastic with video. Bellow you have sample GUI. Still needs work.

Note: If you want to use this tool you will have to install .NET Framework 2.0
